We endeavour to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt on business days. This may be extended during sale periods when we experience larger order volumes.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard domestic orders take between 3-5 business days. Express orders take 1 to 2 business days within the Australia Post Express Delivery Network
International Orders are sent via Australia Post International Express which includes tracking, SMS notifications and signature on delivery. Delivery is usually within 2 to 4 business days to metro areas of major cities.
Tracking your order
You will receive an email once your package has been dispatched which will contain tracking details. At any time you can click on this tracking number to be taken to the Australia Post Tracking website to see the status/location of your package.
International Express Orders will also receive SMS and Email notifications as to the status of your package.
We like to include Signature on Delivery with all our shipments so that your parcel is securely received by you. We understand that sometimes it is hard to collect items taken to the post office when you are not home so we offer the option of "authority to leave" on the understanding that if tracking shows delivery has been made that Bella Eco is not responsible should the parcel go missing.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, Bella Bodies Australia will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over, or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight, including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and ask you whether you would prefer to be refunded or replaced for an item that is in stock.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Please note that international orders (including to New Zealand) cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes and must be signed for.
Customs and import charges for international orders
Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import duties or customs charges. These charges are imposed by the destination country and we are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges. Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel and are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more information or wish to calculate duties payable prior to ordering.
